Global Health Insights is a women-owned and operated partnership launched in 2008 by three researchers—one anthropologist and two global health policy specialists—who have spent much of their professional lives living and working in developing countries.

They shared a commitment to poverty-focused health projects, and a desire to work on critical public health problems across local, national, and global health systems. They recognized that by bridging their research expertise and regional experiences, they could add greater analytic value to clients than they could as individuals.

Global Health Insights is a virtual company that minimizes costs for clients and provides flexibility for the partners. Partners are now currently based in the U.S. and Uganda. They have worked in numerous countries, including Bangladesh, Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, India, Kenya, Morocco, Pakistan, Malawi, Tanzania, Thailand, and Zambia.
